Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If you don’t feel confident wearing your gear, we’ll take it back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
To return or exchange an item please email info@alphaballerz.com and in the subject line type RETURN or exchange along with your ORDER NUMBER. Please confirm in the email whether it will be a return for a refund or an exchange. If requesting an exchange please let us know what style/size you woudl like to exchange for.
Items without a receipt may be returned within 30 days for online store credit. Store credit must be used within three (3) months of being issued.
All returns must be unworn, intact merchandise with all tags in its original packaging.
Once a return is requested, the return item(s) must be shipped within SEVEN (7) DAYS. If you do not ship your return item(s) within this time period, your order may be eligible for online store credit only.
Domestic (United States) flat rate return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All final sale items are labeled as “Final Sale” on the product page.
Please keep this in mind BEFORE making a purchase—if you have questions about the product selection or sizing please reach out to customer service for assistance prior to finalizing your order.
Returns that are damaged or tampered with may not be accepted and returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may also be returned to sender. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not comply with our stated policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
